REGOLAMENTO SHOP & SMILE

DEDIMAX S.r.l. (hereinafter the “Promoter”), WITH REGISTERED OFFICE AT VIA MAZZACURATI 6 – 42122 REGGIO EMILIA, LAUNCHES THE FOLLOWING PRIZE PROMOTION NAMED “Shop&Smile” (the “Promotion”). 

 

AGENT

COMPANY Testoni & Testoni Promotion S.r.l. – Via Martiri di Belfiore 3 – 20073 Opera (MI) (hereinafter the “Agent”).

 

PERIOD From 19/09/2025 to 28/09/2025 (hereinafter the “Period”).

 

AREA Italian territory, at:

    - MAX&Co. physical stores. The list of participating stores is available at the following link: it.maxandco.com/store-locator (hereinafter the “Physical Stores”).

 - The website https://it.maxandco.com/ (hereinafter the “Website”. Internet connection costs depend on the tariff plan the Participant has subscribed to with their operator). 

(Hereinafter the physical stores and the Website together, the “Points of Sale”).

PROMOTED

PRODUCTS All MAX&Co. brand products, subject to choice and availability (hereinafter each a “Promoted Product” and together the “Promoted Products”).

 

PARTICIPANTS Natural persons who, at the time of participating in this Promotion:

  • Are of legal age

  • Are resident in the Italian territory

(hereinafter each a “Participant” and together the “Participants”).

 

MECHANICS During the Period, Participants who purchase at least 1 Promoted Product at a Point of Sale will receive the prize specified under “PRIZE”. 

Participants who purchase at a Physical Store may collect the prize directly at the cash register. For purchases via the Website, the prize will be delivered together with the Promoted Product purchased. 

 

Note that:

  • Each Participant may claim only one prize per purchase/order, regardless of the number of Promoted Products purchased above the required minimum.

  • Each Participant may claim one prize for every purchase/order made during the Period.

 

PRIZE 1 MAX&Co. branded shopping bag with a value of €2.48 + VAT = €3.02.

 

SERVER

LOCATION The server that collects and manages the data relating to the Promotion is located in Italy.

 

DELIVERY OF PRIZES The prize will be delivered together with the Promoted Products purchased.

For purchases made on the Website, the prize will be delivered to the addresses (valid only within the Italian territory or the Republic of San Marino) provided and/or used by the Participant at the time of purchase of the Promoted Product.

 

ADVERTISING The Promotion will be advertised via emailing, social campaigns and advertising campaigns.

The Promoter reserves the right to use any other means of communication considered suitable to inform the individuals targeted by this Prize Promotion of its content.

  1. The rules of the Promotion are filed with the Promoter.

MISCELLANEOUS The Promoter shall not be liable for:

 

  • The possible non-receipt of communications sent to Participants due to the provision by Participants of incorrect and/or outdated data, non-existent/incorrect email addresses, unavailable or blacklisted addresses, full or disabled mailboxes, unreachable servers or spam filters.



 

Note that:

  • Participation entails the Participant's unconditional and full acceptance of the rules and provisions set out in these rules, without limitation.

  • Failure to comply with these rules will result in the Participant’s immediate disqualification from the Promotion. If the conduct also constitutes a criminal offence, the Promoter reserves the right to take action in the most appropriate venues to protect its rights.

  • No security deposit will be made as the prizes will be delivered together with the Promoted Products purchased.

  • The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions that may be active on the same products.

  • The prize is not replaceable or convertible into cash, nor do Participants have the right to request the possibility of receiving a different prize with or without the addition of money. If the prize is no longer available, it will be replaced with a prize of equal value and similar characteristics where possible.

  • The request for the prize is the sole responsibility of the Participant. If the Participant does not exercise this right within the time limits set out in the rules, the Promoter may not be held liable under any circumstances.

  • The data collected in connection with participation in the Promotion will be processed in full compliance with the applicable privacy laws and will be used exclusively for the purposes of the Promotion, without other commercial purposes.

  • Any amendments to the rules (without prejudice to the rights acquired by the Participants) that may be made during the course of the Promotion will be communicated to Participants in advance using the same means of communication as for the rules.
